Jeffery Goss
Jeff is managing director of Capture Capital Partners. He brings 40 years of experience in Corporate Advisory, Strategy, Structuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Capital Raisings, Product Development, Investment Management, General Management and Operations to Capture Capital Partners. Jeff was National Managing Partner of KPMG Legal. He was also a long serving partner of Middletons Moore & Bevins (now K&L Gates) and its predecessors. Jeff has held positions as Chairman, Managing Partner, CEO and non-executive director of various organisations across a range of industries including listed companies. He brings this experience and commercial expertise to transactions for the benefit of clients of Capture Capital Partners.
Jeff has particular expertise in:

- risk assessment and liability negotiations
- joint venture arrangements
- commercial acquisitions, mergers and divestments, listings
- structuring of new business enterprises
Jeff has advised on major infrastructure projects covering the equity and financing arrangements, the construction and concession documents and all other ancillary documents.
He has undertaken major financing transactions including: infrastructure projects; project financing of major mining facilities; sale and lease back transactions; general equipment financing; corporate and structured financing; mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.
Ken Sheridan
Ken joined Capture Capital as a senior corporate advisor.
Ken is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ experience in senior management in major corporations in Australia and Asia. He spent 11 years with KPMG before he moved into the commercial sector where he held several CFO roles with large multinational companies in Australia and Asia including three years as Finance Director of a top 10 Malaysian listed consumer goods company.
Ken was the Group CFO for Tenix, one of Australia’s largest private companies specialising in the Defence industry. For 6 years Mr Sheridan was Managing Director and major shareholder of Acelero Pty Ltd., a human resources SAAS company which was eventually sold to US Private Equity interests.
In his last executive role, Ken spent 8 years with NetComm Wireless, an ASX listed telecommunications technology company, where he held roles as Finance Director, Chief Strategy Officer and finally CEO/Managing Director.
In July 2019 NetComm Wireless was sold to Casa Systems, a USA Nasdaq Listed company. Ken was the Company Lead in the sale transaction and has an extensive understanding of what is needed for the successful sale of a business.
Cheyne Ghoughassian
Cheyne has significant experience in the Asia/Pacific investment and commercial banking industries in the fields of relationship management, accounting, treasury and administration. Experience has been gained in areas as diverse as Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, Securitisation, Credit Risk, Corporate Finance and Treasury covering four banks (two investment banks and two commercial).

Mark Kogos
Mark Kogos B. Arts (Economics)/ LLB (Auckland); M. Commerce Law (Auckland) Mark has 25 years experience in the finance and mergers and acquisitions industry, including sourcing, structuring, arranging and implementing domestic and cross border finance and M&A transactions for major Australian and international corporate groups and domestic financial institutions. Mark was Director in charge of Corporate Structured Finance at National Australia Bank, Head of the Trans-Tasman Desk at PricewaterhouseCoopers whilst starting his career as a banking lawyer with Minter Ellison in Auckland New Zealand.
Having obtained a qualifications in Arts/Law and a Master of Commercial Law from the University of Auckland, Mark has had a career in the finance and mergers & acquisitions industry, having implemented transactions for self managed enterprises at the start-up phase through to major Australian and international corporate groups. Mark was formerly with National Australia Bank and PwC’s M&A/ITS Team.
Mark has a history of early stage investing in tech focused start-ups in both Australia and New Zealand, including Commsoft which listed on ASX and Plexure Ltd which listed on the NZX and now the ASX.
Mark commenced his legal career with Minter Ellison (formerly Rudd Watts & Stone) as a member of the firm’s banking and commercial practice In 1995, Mark joined Pricewaterhouse Coopers International Tax Practice from Ernst & Young’s before moving to Sydney in 2000 to specialising in cross border M&A and funding transactions between Australia and New Zealand.
In 2003, Mark became the director in charge of Corporate Structured Finance at National Australia Bank during which time he worked with a range of Australia’s major corporate and financial groups.
In 2007 Mark joined a boutique South African M&A house and specialised in cross border financial solutions between South Africa and Australia during which he obtained a strong working knowledge of the South African regulatory environment.
Over the past 25 years, Mark has worked on major transactions involving Qantas, CSR, Macquarie Bank, CBA, NAB, Pacific Brands/CVC, Origin Energy, US Office Products, BHP Steel, AMP, Holcim Cement.
All aspects of equity raising, debt structuring, structured and hybrid capital, securitisation and structured finance both domestic and cross border for corporate and institutional clients.
